The staff is very nice. The owner is also very nice and professional. I may go back but I'm not sure because I asked specifically to PLEASE not braid my hair so tight and the ladies did any way which resulted in me having to go back the next few days and have them redo it. I couldn't take the pain, and there were sores in my head. However, the ladies did fix the problem and my hair looked beautiful.

The Lady's where so wonderful , a very respectful place even for kids . I will bring my daughter back there again and the prices of getting her hair braided is wonderful

I recently Cut my hair into a Bob style. last minute I decided to find a shop to get my hair braided because I had events to go to within the Christmas holiday season.naturally the first thing I'm doing is finding something closer to my house. I googled fatty braiding and styling hair salon and I read many good reviews on Yelp. I made an 8 o'clock appointment which was honored and someone was already there when I arrived at 8:06 because I live extremely close. As soon as I got there the girl immediately started working on my hair (Chantel).I was asked if I was comfortable as far as the temperature and it was nice and warm because it is a rainy day today and she began on my hair immediately. Chantel works extremely fast the braids were not tight at all and has a natural girl we know how we want to keep all edges and that kitchen looking  good without being pulled out. Within the next 30 minutes another girl named Danielle came in again immediately started working on my hair now I showed her the picture of what I had and then they got to work. although I have a bob cut I was a little nervous as how short the back would be.I didn't ask for a really short bob  or describe how short I wanted it in the back at alI.. All in all I got there around 10 minutes after 8 AM they literally were both done braiding my hair by 1130 and by 1215 I was out of there and this is including burning that ends in making sure there were no stray hairs. (I got pixie braids... medium in size) The customer service was wonderful. Normally there would be something and it can be small that I don't like but this is not the case..  I was charged the price I was quoted and the job was fantastic. I will be coming back...
