She was very friendly in our initial conversation and I was very excited for my upcoming appointment with her. It turned left when it came time to confirm her appointment on Style Seat. She proceeded to send several confusing texts, informing me about how to confirm my appointment and pay a deposit. I let her know that I was confused and then she proceeded to tell me that I was not tech saavy, that 50 year old clients understood her system, I had anxiety about her Style Seat process, basically disrespecting me as if I were her child like another reviewer on here mentioned. I figured out how to confirm the appointment but before I could even pay the deposit, she cancelled my appointment.

Honestly one star is too generous. If I could give zero, I would. I was supposed to be a first time client and honestly from this one and only interaction with her today there was no way I would want to give her my business. 

Please learn to be a little less rude and more patient, especially when you send 100 texts explaining absolutely nothing.

UPDATE: this is NOT Tiffany. And the way you just insulted whoever is Tiffany just shows how unprofessional and disrespectful you are. Clearly if this was Tiffany, the initials would have a “T” and would not be MA. Then you put that poor woman’s information out to the public on google about what she studies and where. I honestly wish I was Tiffany so I could read your whole life. What is wrong with you? You like to demean people and make them seem like they are idiots when it’s in fact you that does your job poorly in client acquisition. I’m a millennial with 2 masters degrees, you are just an extremely rude woman that does not deserve to even have a business the way you speak to people that give you their hard earned money. You actually told me through text that I had anxiety as well, lol you are a really foolish business owner. And you are the one with anxiety the way you send 50 texts saying nothing and trying to send texts with idiotic slang like you’re young when in fact you’re old as hell. But I wish you would actually act that way. You are entirely too old to not learn how to take criticism. Aren’t you like 50? Lol grandma sit down.

I have been letting everyone know about you and your stupidity and with this comment you left under my review, I will continue to do so. I will continue to post your Instagram, style seat, and Facebook all over the web along with the disrespectful texts you sent me. 

PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS WOMAN, I HONESTLY THINK SHE’S CRAZY.

I have been to many salons before; this one is one of my favorites. There is no wait time; no double booking. The environment is friendly, pricing is very reasonable and scheduling an appointment is very easy.  Once you try it, I'm sure you will return.

Friendly service, always professional, always on time, never double books,  reasonably priced, and I always love my hair when I come out .  I've been coming to her for over four years and it's always the same, love this salon.

CyKeithia (stylist) is located in a professional environment. She is professional and cares about the health of your hair and the beauty of it too. My natural hair styles always last WEEKS longer than anything I could do and I always get compliments on my hair! Customer for life!
