I love this beauty supply store! It's my local one & it's a nice size & very neat but it only gets 4 stars for me because of the lady's customer service, she acts like she hates her job

I have shopped at this store for many years. Recently, I purchased two different packs of acrylic nails. One of the products was great and worked  great and I wanted to exchange the other one for the same kind. I did not open the other product and I kept the bag and receipts. 

When I returned to the store,  I tried to explain that I wanted to make an exchange and the product I wanted would cost even more,  so no money would need to come back to me.  

The sales clerk was very short (and rude in tone ) saying the sale was final and she even said my receipt was not theirs, then she literally tossed the product back on the counter at me. I did not touch it.  I left the product with her ...on the counter. 

I'm sure she did not care that I will never return. I'm just happy that there are many more beauty supply stores in my area.  I am a business owner in New Carrollton as well. I understand that there are policies in place. I also understand that customer service comes first.   Being polite is at the top of the list.
