A complete joke! Wait times to speak to someone is ridiculous. ALWAYS! Wait time for an appointment...Ridiculous! You never speak to the same person and EVERYONE drops the ball there. I had an appointment that took a month to get. Then they cancelled the day of. Trying to get a prescription refill is impossible. They won't refill you without seeing you, yet there are NEVER available to see you. I have now dealt with 7 different people there and still cannot get a simple refill. Each person says they will take care of it and 3 weeks and 7 phone calls later no refill. And yes, they do put you on hold for long lengths of time then you get "disconnected" and have to start back over. Should be shut down!

The customer care here is abysmal. I've been a patient here for several years and it wasn't too bad until Advance Health Care took over, now it is terrible. The problem isn't the health care team it's the office staff/administration. Wait times just to make an appointment over the phone can easily take half an hour before you even speak to an operator. The operator {when you finally do get one} are often rude to the point of being hostile. I once asked to speak with a nurse about a health concern and was told "No". At my next appointment I told the nurse about it and she said "They can't do that!", but, they did. At my last appointment I was kicked in the hip by a child doing cartwheels in the waiting area. I mentioned this to the nurse who said, "The security guard is supposed to keep things like that from happening, but all he does is sit there." The man sitting behind the clinic desk at the time identified himself as the clinic's manager did nothing although he had a clear view of what was happening. I ended up with a bruise the size of an orange. The staff know that these are problems and have received numerous complaints for months and absolutely nothing has improved. My best advice is to avoid this place if at all possible.

I have been going to this facility for the past couple of years and find them most helpful. Referrals for me have been legitimate. The front desk always has a smile for me. Just remember folks, this is a community health center, thus busy!

I have been all but ignored at this place. I have pain and spasms up and down my arm even now. I have had scheduling issues with this place. They do not even know what is going on most of the time. poor communication. I have to accept they will not do anything. I was given expensive medication that did not work. So I was told just take tylenol after spending for medication. This place would not care if you just died.

Just moved to the area, my new insurance told me to make them my primary care provider. Called on friday, there was 35 people ahead of me on the phone, so I hung up because I didnt have time. Called back on monday, 28 people ahead of me in line to set up an appointment. Ive been on hold for over an hour and am still on hold and I havent even set up an appointment. I absolutely refuse to do business here and wait on hold everytime I have a question or need an appointment. Im calling my insurance right now to change doctors.
