Tired of these boobs dropping off packages and walking away without ringing the doorbell or knocking.  Lucky I am honest cause I could easily have informed Motorola that the $300 item they shipped was never received.  You all get paid well enough to alert a customer you have left something by ringing the bell or knocking.  Laziness at a whole new level.

My husband asked me to mail something UPS. But I went to FedEx because it was closer . I must say the two men that were at the front desk for the most courteous man I've ever run into in a business environment. Not only were they friendly their customer service was an A+. And now Fedx is my second home

Phone number is useless for help. Local office is even worse! They either hate life, or their jobs!

They can never find my address, even though my address is specifically printed on my home. Never have this issue with UPS or USPS. It's a shame that with some online ordering FedEx is my only option or else I would never use them.
