DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Erroneously/purposely charged for second day! Dropped off truck 8pm and wasn't due till 12:30pm next day. Started processing return at 7am when opened next morning and didn't log-in as returned until 1:30pm. That means they sat on it for over 6 hours before logging as returned, then I got charged the extra day. They don't care if someone gets overcharged. If they did, it would've been logged as returned 5 hours sooner. This happened on a Tuesday. Slackers! Not going through this location again.

The picture of the GM Phil holding his arms up like "iiiiii don't know" that I uploaded is him explaining how they consistently overcharge for an extra day but "it's a system issue". I see a review from two weeks ago that say they did the same thing. This is a common practice of theirs. They're hoping you don't notice and they make off with the money. Also, the Employee Andrew was swearing and threatening me. I uploaded videos of the altercation and tweeted U-Haul.

Shout out to Mike you made our move more convenient. The best customer service I have ever had. My husband and I can't thank you enough! You are amazing at what you do and appreciate the respect and courtesy you gave us! Will definitely use uhaul again because of your excellent customer service! Thank you seems like it's not enough keep it up you will make alot of people's day 😀
