I use the car wash here. I like it because I can use a credit card ( saves hassle of saving quarters) and it has dryers, but it is often VERY dirty from people washing out trucks covered in mud and rocks so you are trying to wash your car stepping in thick mud and one time someone had sluiced out oil because the concrete was thick with slippery grease. Also because it recycles the water it often smells really bad, nauseatingly so. More cleaning is definitely required!

Very friendly people they are willing to work with toy and unlike the other storage places in Sierra Vista they aren't out to ruin their competitors by bashing the other. They didn't do any gimmick to get us in and we have had our things there now in a 10x10 for a year now no complaints!

I have stored my horse trailer here for quite some time and I have been more than pleased with the service and safety. They have razor wire topped fencing, cameras, and live-in owners. The car wash is great and fits large vehicles and trailers. You can often fine home made cookies in the office as a bonus!

Professional and courteous staff. They are very inviting and make you feel right at home.
