They have crazy high prices for shipping boxes. Otherwise very nice staff. Just wish they didn't upsell me to something I didn't need. Oh well. Live and learn.

Very helpful, and surprisingly quick!  I arrived within an hour of them closing, and they were able to help track a package that had been forwarded.

The UPS Store policy here is to assume everyone is an expert shipper and to not offer advice and when asked something they only answer the question.  So you have this false sense of security believing you know what you need to know because surely they would tell me if I was missing something!   Just a very little bit of checking would have saved me $77.  When I asked why they didn’t tell me two pieces of information that would have kept this from happening the owner just said that isn’t their policy!  I asked if they would post information or share it so this doesn’t happen to someone else and they said that isn’t their policy!  It takes 10 times more to earn a customer than to keep one but apparently they don't know marketing very well.  I may not be a frequent shipper but I'm smart enough not to go where they won't help me understand the best way to do things, in their area of expertise.  If he hadn't refunded the $11.55 I would have given only 1 star!
