Very good service. The guy came out in the rain to make sure I got the right headlights and check my fuses. Been here a few times since opening, and always great customer service.

The employees at the cresent spring location are the absolute best out of any AutoZone I've ever been to for sure they help you from the moment you walk in the door and the kid around with ya make you feel comfortable there I highly recommend going here before any other store

I have only ever shopped at AutoZone, I love their honesty price and the guys that work there are willing to help you find exactly what you're looking for and I think it's great that they will help put windshield wipers on if you need the help! I'm so glad that they put one in Crescent Springs so I don't have to drive to Florence to go to AutoZone, it's literally right down the street!

Do not use this store!!!!! They do not stick by the products which they sell and will not take back the product if it does not work.  To top it off, their customer service is terrible, they are not interested in your problem.  This is a big disappointment to me because I have used AutoZone in other states and areas that have been friendly and helpful. My friends, neighbors, family and whoever asks, I will tell them NOT TO USE THIS STORE. I am not a happy camper and will take my business elsewhere.
