Rod is very professional and helpful. He gave my wife & I options and pointed out some standard FedEx procedures. Out of all of the FedEx & UPS areas within our area, this one is the only one we go to now because of their customer service and speed.

The customer in front of us decided that she had to have a special smoothie blended just so and not seeming to care that there were people behind her that just wanted to pay and leave. Had to wait while everything had to be blended just perfectly.Then when I asked the server if she could check me out while she was waiting on blender, she takes an attitude and tries to charge me double..

Great toppings.  Remember to go on "No weigh Wednesday!"  Christian music playing and a Bible verse on the menu board. Teenager(s) working not have a clue what they're doing.

Was given a valid sweet frog gift card for my birthday. Took 2 kids and get froyo and handed the cashier the gift card who asked how much was on it. Told her $25.00, she told me she cant take gift cards so she will void my order, keep my gift card and do it that way. I said im not giving you a $25.00 gift card for a $10.00 purchase. She then tells me the managers were going to have gift cards pulled but not done it yet. No warning or anything. Had no cash or anything on me and was insulted.... They dont take their own gift cards!
