I'm speaking for my boyfriend who came there to ask help for his phone I was there with him cause that's where my family goes too and this was our second time to go there unfortunately we had the same guy from when we came there the first time and was NOT happy with the service so guess what we we're not happy with the service the second time the guy "Corey? seemed like he did not want to do anything to help us he basically gave us a paper and a see you later face and left with diappoinment . Verizon please hire people who are willing AND knowledgable to help people like us who's got a problem with their phone or account. It is such a convenience for me to go there cause I love around there but can't come there anymore if the service still sucks. The employee and service is VERY VERY disappointing.

Not even Professional. People work there they doesn't like there job i think.... When u have problem with something they always have u to call verizon.. Then why the hack u guys here for..... 
NEVER GO TO ANY ANY ANY FREAKING RETAILER STORE.........EVEN IF U DO GO THERE BY MISTAKE MAKE SURE ITS NOT IN CRESCENT SPRINGS......

This place doesn't even deserve one star and quite frankly it was one of the most horrific experiences I've had at any retailer, period.  They are very eager to make a sale, but when a return is involved, they'll do everything under the sun to make it the biggest inconvenience you'll ever face.  They have a 14 day "buyers remorse" period, but after 10 calls to corporate, multiple trips to the store, and countless miles put on my car due to all the ridiculous hoops they had me go through while they make up their own rules as they go, I can honestly say that the only remorse I have is dealing with these shysters.  BUYERS BEWARE.

The guys at Tower are always very helpful. My smart phone died and had to be replaced through the warranty. They offered to have it shipped next day but sent me to the "main store" where they thought I may be able to get a replacement immediately. I went to the "main" store on Mall Rd where they replaced my phone but they didn't have one in stock so they had it shipped "economy" which means another extra day. I don't have a home phone so I'm completely without for an extra day because I went with the "main" store. I'll stick to the guys at Tower next time! Better service! They are also always willing to show you how to work the features on your phone and back up or move your data for you for free.
