I have lowered my review because most of the items we have purchased do not last long. The store has been around a long time for some reason I'm sure it was very good in the past but I wouldn't recommend it today.

Excellent customer service.  Great deals on appliances. Good our whole kitchen for less than anywhere else

No customer service.  You get the standard, "I'm sorry you feel that way" response when a problem arises.  They are unable to resolve any order related issues, have no interest in compensating for their mistakes and communicate terribly...the worst example of a family run business that is past its prime and on a downward spiral of apathy toward customers.

Also, you are not allowed to park in front of the store and get threatened by neighboring business that they will tow your car for parking in front...a very hostile shopping experience.
