Buyer beware: our company used ultimate security and they were awful. The technicians were always late or wouldn't show up and were very unprofessional. The camera equipment, security door system and wiring were all recycled parts and not top quality. The equipment kept breaking down so we had to continue to pay the technicians to come out which took an arm and a leg to do. When the camera system was working and caught crime on tape it didn't zoom in so it didn't help the police. We eventually had to call in a new company to scrap the whole system and do it right. Ultimate security is overpriced and bad quality equipment/service.
