I go here for all my copying needs.  The staff is great and always ready to answer any questions you have about new products and now they offer a smart phone repair service.  Great to know I can count on them for all my marketing and copy needs.

This place is always empty and clean. Parking in front is always available. Customer service has been terrible. I have only encountered the same cashier and the tone used was very rude and arrogant. Very nonchalant about everything and unprofessional. I though the cashier was asking me a question, but I couldn't hear clearly, so I said, "Pardon?". The cashier then said, "I wasn't talking to you." Employees could at least try and provide better service. Only going here because it is so close to work and we get toner from here. The order is always ready within the hour which is great when in a crunch!

This place was very helpful with my twin and I. We had them pull a document shredder down off the shelf. Very friendly and pleasant.

I needed some images printed and emailed them to officemax, it turned out I had ordered them to be delivered instead of pickup so I had to wait a couple of days but they arrived quickly and looked good. I placed another order and made sure it was for pickup the next day. I called just before leaving home to make sure they would be ready and the guy said he was running a little behind but would have them done. I arrived about an hour later and they were ready. I decided to make additional print and the guy running the dept. was very helpful and showed me how to line them up properly after i messed up some of the copies.
