Ripoff artist!!!! They charge you for repair estimates on items they know in advance they can't or won't repair.
Not just me, I've talked to a few other guys that took amplifiers in there and same thing happened.
They already know what brands offer a schematic.
A real repair shop can troubleshoot without a diagram.

Great atmosphere but they really treat you like you're dumb for coming there.  If you're a customer looking for for some answers be prepared to be treated like an idiot. Otherwise they do fine work but still treat you poorly in the waiting room.

We had an issue with some smart headrest monitors we added to our 2016 Suburban. It turns out it could be one of two issues, so they ordered both parts, so we would not have to wait longer.  Most places would order whichever one is more likely (and cheaper for them) and if that wasn't it have you come in again, after they order the other.  I appreciate that they consider my time valuable.

So this review is about 3 years overdue, but here it is. When it comes to car stereos, these guys do a really good job. Adrian was the rep who helped me, and he was polite and friendly and professional. My sound is clear, my bass is clean (no trashy rattle noise), and all the features work great. However, my experience was tainted a bit when it came to the install of my car alarm. The alarm worked great, but the sensitivity was cranked so high that anytime another car drove by at a speed faster than a crawl, the alarm would be set off by the vibration. I took it back to the shop, they made an adjustment, and it's still a little touchy but hey, my car hasn't been stolen yet! On a more significant note, my car is a 1996 Toyota Corolla, so it's a little old, but everything worked fine before I brought it in. After the install, I started having an issue with the automatic windows not rolling up and down properly. Brought it back again, and they told me it was likely just due to the age of the car (which was possible, yes) but they were still willing to fix the issue for me, which I appreciated. The process, however, was not handled well. There were quite a few calls back and forth between Adrian and I as I tried to get updates as to when the replacement part would be in. The first part never arrived, if I remember correctly. Apparently they had bought it off E-bay and it never showed, after weeks of waiting. So they ordered another..and it was the wrong one for my car. Finally we got the right part, and it was installed, but the overall process took over a month, and closer to 2 months..and it didn't fix the issue. I ultimately got fed-up and had my father (an electrician and then some) take a look at it. It appears the part was actually fine, but there was a connector that got knocked loose when they did the install.  Upon inspection of how they wired the system in, it looks like they just kinda did what they had to in order to get their stuff in and working. Not an amateur job, but it didn't seem totally professional either. In summary, the sound still works great (some issues with bass sometimes but I think that might have been related to an accident I was in), the alarm works, and I can roll my windows up and down just fine. Not sure whether to conclude that they don't handle resolution of issues well, or whether they just aren't experienced with old cars, I'll leave the conclusion-drawing to you. Their work is good overall, their desire to help is obvious, and their prices are good, just be warned that you may encounter issues.

First time here. Great service, super friendly, work completed on schedule. Seems there's a reason they're annually voted best in Sacramento.
