Was really disappointed was told they had a spot available for rent and was waiting on an application he waited ten days to get back to me. During those ten days I tried to reach out the own through text and phone calls and he would not get back to me. Then he finally does and he tells me he decided to rent it to someone else

New owner's now,so no maintenance person. So any needed repairs take months. And they haven't in 3 and a half years gotten rid of the drug addicts or any of the many squatters.  Pretty dismal place.

New owners bought the place and they want to keep raising the rent for far more than what the dump is worth

This trailer park is not just known for its criminal activity but it should be sued for harassment, slander, and discrimination. The not official manager as she says, still acts like she is and is a very nasty lady. She tried to along with another renter say my dog was violent and attacked  some other dog. My dog plays with cats, chickens, and other dogs not to mention is as nice as a Sunday school teacher and had been around for years with no issue under other managment. She also filled another r complaint of a obviously delusional renter that my friend was tampering with phone lines. He thinks he taping his phone. Lol Along with down right being two faced and rude she tried to tell me i visited to much and needed to be put on my friends lease because she needed to keep the rats out and make sure she gets paid. WTF? JUST A WORD OF WARNING THIS PLACE IS NOT A PLACE U WANT TO LIVE. THERE VERY NASTY PEOPLE WHO RUN IT AND THE OWNERS ARE BLIND TO IT. BEWARE!!!!!!!!

I love here and many improvements have been made. There are a few problem places in here but I know the manager is in the process of kicking them out. Overall I feel safe here and most of the time it's quiet and I love the trees and squirrels that's come visit!
