Terrible management. I was a great tenant they never fixed anything. There were used needles found all over the single wide trailer I rented. My friend stepped on one and that's when we started to realize we needed to deep clean the place. The place was filthy. I moved out at the end of January after staying nearly a year hoping if i took care of the place, the managers would take care of me.. but no, i moved out and still haven't heard from them..They robbed me of my steep $1000 security deposit. Now I'm preparing to take legal action against this place. Don't support this place whatsoever.

Good attentive staff, I have never lived here but have known people who did. If you want to move here you should understand that Ina doesn't mess around, respect her rules.

I really cannot believe how some people can be my wife and I just moved into the area we have a 14 year old daughter that's homeschooled and we got turned down from an RV site 10 minutes ago we have quite a bit of money or or if he looks very nice but we can't find a place to live because we have a kid I think that's very discriminating and that's not right somebody should do something about that that's not fair don't go there
