This place is full of methed out tweakers. Yesterday I was being harassed by a large white male in a black nissan sentra. He came charging at as foaming at the mouth and screaming obscenities. We got in our truck and left. Management should really look into cleaning up the place .

Hmmm,mixed feelings,loved this park when we moved here in 2004,the park was maintained and no garbage or dead vehicles,! Things have gone down hill,they use to have a crew that came in and did the lsndscaping. Now they have the maintenance men do our yards! Big problem ! They said our rent was higher on this end of the park cause of yard care! Our space rent keeps going up and our service we get is worse now than ever ! Love this park and the setting next to the river !!

I would say excellent. ... BUT THE OWNER FROM MICHIGAN WAS THERE YESTERDAY AND A LITTLE BOY SQUIRTED HIM WITH A SQUIRT GUN. THE OWNER THREW A FIT CUSSING IN FRONT OF CHILDREN AND RESEDINCE OVER GETTING WET. HOW DISCUSSING THAT PEOPLE HAVE TO GIVE THIS MAN MONEY.

Love my home. Best move I have made in years. Gracious staff, beautiful park, great location. Well kept, and maintained. Neighbors, who take care of their homes. Definitely, a plus. It's very peaceful.
