I will admit that the food is pretty good. However the service that my 6 year old daughter and I received today was horrendous. Our waiter was very inattentive yet ironically SUPER attentive to the table next to me. It seriously made me wonder.It was so bad that I literally had to go up front in order to pay because she just never came back to the table. I have had pretty good service here up until today. Nonetheless I didn’t complain to the manager. I just chose not to tip. Some people there could use extra training in manners.

Better than your average steakhouse, Firebirds prepares a exceptionally cook sirloin with some tasty sides. I was skeptical that a restaurant in a mall could rise above the run-of-the mill chain restaurant, but all that was brushed aside when I took a bite into my steak. The atmosphere is warm and the booths offer some privacy. The wait can be ridiculous on weekends (1:45? Eesh!), so either reserve in advance or go on a slower night.

The only reason I give a 1 is because one of the best waitress you could have ever had is gone ! :( I had 3 top restaurants that I suggest to all my social media friends and close friends when they ask where to you go to eat , my first choice was always Firebirds, and I always told them which waitress to ask for , they would always come back and tell me how great the food was and the service . I have been coming to Firebirds for over 8 years ... I love this place ! And having such a great waitress made it all much better, but I have learned she is no longer with you Firebirds (Northhills , Raleigh NC). So I will not be going back, unless someone invites me and this happens to be the place where they eat. I asked what happen to her and was told and i was totally shocked and in disbelief. Customer service is huge when it comes to eating out, with her no longer there I am sure I will not get the best service. as I have had other servers and they never were as good and nice as she was so with that being said you lost such a good waitress and a loyal faithful customer :( .. bittersweet

Love the atmoshere, quite relaxing. Food is exceptional - salads are delicious. Servers are polite and friendly.
