This is my roommate and my favorite breakfast place. We moved to Durham in July 2016, this was the first place we went out for breakfast and have loved it ever since the visit. The staff is always funny, food is quality, and even during busy weekends, the service is fast! Brigs has a great main menu with monthly specials that will make you drool. This month is Brisket month!!! I got the Baron skillet and my roommates got the brisket croissant. Both were outstanding and we both have leftovers for tomorrow! Absolutely recommend eating here.

So I am a vegan and they have avocado toast which is so awesome! Every time I go I get one of the avocado toast options with the home fries and it is always a home run! I could eat two times in a row, every time. The service is great, every server I've had is super kind and patient with any modifications you need made to your food. Every chance I get I go to Briggs and it is always worth the wait.

They have a great selection of omelettes and egg scrambles. Good service. Food was good as well! Would definitely recommend and will come back.

Been here twice and they don't disappoint. The waiter I've had both times (I'm not good with names) is super knowledgeable when it comes to the menu and he is two for two at this point! Get you some!

Very nice staff! Super nice and extremely good at their jobs. The environment is fun and easy. The food? Not so much. Potatoes were under cooked or not cooked at all, in addition to being over spiced. They use styrofoam so the food melted into it or fell completely through. Again, great staff, great atmosphere...return to using real products not pretreated food. Get rid of the egg beaters.
