The quality of this place has totally went down. Went to purchase a small sub which is normally a decent size. However, they have replaced it with a even smaller "4" inch. At least that's what I was told it was. They are providing you less and charging more. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Online ordering unavailable for dinner order. When inquired about knowledge of the problem they said it may be down for maintenance.

If you're looking for a decent sub, you can't go wrong here. It's a little on the expensive side for a chain, but they also give you a good portion. Unlike some of the other sub chains, Firehouse doesn't skimp on the meat and sauces.
