Been ordering from this place for many years.  Today was no different and most every time, the order was right on point.  It is usually lunch and there are multiple orders that is paid separate.  I can easily give this place a 5 star for the food is excellent.  Today though, it was "interesting" to say the least.  Here is why (if you choose to read the rest): 4 separates orders were placed: 2 was correct, 1 was missing the white rice and the last was missing an item that was not even prepared.  Staff apologized once and quickly defended she did not take the order and yelled out to someone else that took the order.  I waited an additional 15 minutes for the missing item not knowing the white rice was missing until later when i returned to the office.  When the bag was given to me, no further apology or even a hint that they would discount a few purchase or anything.  Of course they did nothing wrong.  Why should they?  Is this the way to run a business?  Wow.  Interesting enough within a 2 mile radius, there are probably another 3-4 Thai restaurants.   Finally, the food is awesome but the service is suspect and i am being kind because others may read this.

I ordered the yellow curry with chicken and green tea plus I ordered sticky mango rice for dessert and it was all delicious!  The menu has a great selection and the service is fantastic.  They even have free Wi-Fi in case you need to meet for a business meeting. The curry was just right, not too spicy and so full of flavor! The green tea was served in a metal container which kept it extremely hot and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Of course they offer a small cup to pour it in! The sticky mango rice was not overly sweet. The mango that was served with it was one of the best I have ever tasted. I will definitely be back!

We ordered yellow curry and red curry. They were good tasting but too thin. They were more of a soup than the curry. The portions are large. They give these curries in the fish shaped bowl and rice on super small plates, they do not give big plates which makes eating curries difficult. It was hard to get the waiter's attention so we dis not bother.

My favorite Thai place in High Point or Greensboro. Pad Thai does not disappoint, Drunken Noodle is also great. Ask for "double Thai hot"!!!

This used to be my ABSOLUTE favorite place to eat. I have tried many, MANY different Thai restaurants but have never found one as good as Thai Bangkok. I have come many times on my birthdays, as well as bringing people and recommending this restaurant. But with the chance in owner, the dish size decreased. They changed the dishes so that they hold half or a fourth of the food they used to (even though the price stayed the same). My family then moved to only getting takeout. They gave you the same amount they used to in the takeout containers. Now, they have changed those as well. We will not continue paying the same price for less of the amazing food.
