Love that this place has delivery now. Got my salad today with no dressing. Was on hold for a while and then waited another 20 minutes to for the delivery driver to come back by...The food is always great. Love the singing when we go there (it's just down the road from our office). No upset about the missing dressing. Just hate paying $15 after tip for a salad I couldn't eat....they made it right....

A review from a “Rapid Pickup” Customer: The staff is overall friendly, never had issues with staff.. and the food, especially the bagels and bakery are amazing. My only issue is when placing a Rapid Pickup order, at least on 4-5 different occasions they left out some of my order. Couple times it was a bakery item, then one time the drink cup wasn’t place in my bag, so I had to wait in line during lunch to ask for a cup, and on separate occasions, they forgot my cream cheese or gave me the wrong flavor cream cheese. I still go back because overall my experience with this Panera and the food has usually been good.

The guys making my food were in such an awesome mood at 7:45 am. I snuck up on them when they had their back turned so I was treated to an early morning song and dance. They tried to apologize but why??!! Happy people make good food!

Mixed review, cashier got my order wrong. My food was cold (Tortellini Alfredo). But, order was corrected at no additional cost to me, and a new plate of Tortellini was made. The food was good. Not great, but good. Regardless, I probably wont return to this location...

Your typical Panera. Much better than most "quick" lunch options. This particular one could definitely stand being cleaned up. The food was satisfactory but service was slow. Not surprising considering most of the employees were chatting and goofing off as opposed to working. Decent all in all.
