I've been here a few times. Food is okay in my opinion. I get their meatball sub each time because nothing else seems appealing. I have family members that love this place though. Came here with my 7yr and 5yr olds once... They weren't too thrilled to be there and didn't care too much for their options. Place always seems clean. It seems like they have a high employee turn over because I never see any familiar faces and the staff seem unable to keep up with any more than a couple customers and don't act too enthused with working there so they don't have the most customer service friendly staff, not that anyone is blatantly rude, but smiles and laughs aren't common here.

Today 3/29/2017 about 3:25pm me and my children couldn't wait to go to Firehouse sub but after the rude treatment we received upon entering the store we  gladly took our money elsewhere. The staff that was present today didn't greet us at all  they gave me and my children a look like we didn't belong there and kept right on doing what they were doing. Only thing that was missing in this moment was a WHITES ONLY Sign* Might I add they were not busy at all .One gentlemen looked me directly in the face still didn't say a word. I even spoke on the way out still nothing. So sad for you all your sandwiches may taste good but if you lack in the area  of good customer service your missing your mark. Our money is just as green as the next*

Great food, somewhat slow service for the amount of patrons.
Despite that the staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a good dining experience.

Like Firehouse better than most of the competitors. Its my goto sandwich shop. Subs are large with plenty of options and variety. Have their own cherry limeade. Part of your purchase can go to help first responders. Order ahead is nice. Never had a bad experience or product after 20+ visits.

After one not so great visit...everytime myself and the wife come in,the food  is hot, fresh, and yummy...all the employees are always friendly and already know what we order...this place is by far the best sub spot around...thanks to all the employees who make each and every visit great
