We ate lunch at Jimmy John Thursday after noon on Johnson Dr in Kansas near the country club plaza , Brandy and the Team served with excellent from ordering to exiting the building it was a WoW service experience. Recommend to small and large group to eat at. Go Jimmy John lunch!!!!!

Normally I don’t like doing this but this is the second time this happened. They messed up my sandwich. I get they get busy but come on when you miss half of the stuff I have listed for sandwich? Also you gave me a Diet drink when I asked for a Root Beer? What if the other person your driver was delivering to has blood sugar issues? You guys are supposed to be convenient but now I have had to wait two separate times for my food. This is ridiculous. Also your drivers don’t even get out of the car anymore. They literally call when they drive up make you walk into the street to their car to get their food. That is so rude.

It is a good place for food at sat night , not so far from Aura night club. They open till 4 am. Unwhich is my favorite because of diabetes.

Sandwhich was good (not cut in half like I asked though). Delivery took 50 minutes. I also requested driver inform me upon arrival via my cell phone no such luck of course. Sandwhich sat in lobby with guard for who knows how long. Last time I order from here Definitely regret tipping ahead of time online.

Every time I have come to this store my order is messed up. The manager always uses the same excuse that "he has a whole store of new people" but every time I go it's the same staff. Tonight I ordered a sandwich and it took 45 minutes to get here, the sandwich was wrong, they came back 45 minutes later with the re-order and it was still wrong. I paid $15 for my meal and it was incorrect both times. He used the same excuse and gave me a store credit.
