This place has it's good and bad. Sometimes I love their service, other times I'm not impressed. They tend to be one those shops that will push other repairs on you when picking up your vehicle. But they also do quality work though.

I would rate less than 1 star. I'd rate -5 stars to be honest. I recently dropped 2 grand to have firestone fix my car. I had rear struts replaced, new tires, an alignment, and a timing belt done. They didn't do a proper alignment, didn't put the timing belt on correctly, the only positive are the tires. So they refuse to fix the timing belt so we took it to the kia dealership where one of their techs who used to work a the same firestone got a hold of it said oh no, it's fine. Yet my husband took pictures of the timing marks that were off. Firestone destroyed my engine. I would recomend no one goes to this shop. It's obvious their technicians do not know how to properly install a timing belt or do a simple alignment.

I had the best customer experience here. The people are friendly, personable and knowledgeable! They are honest and trustworthy. They treat women equally which all places should but the Auto industry is notorious for not doing this. They provided me with the most accurate timeline they could for completion and over delivered on it. I'll be needing tires for my car soon, and after the experience with my girlfriend's vehicle I'm not even looking at anyone else. Firestone all the way!!!!!
