Starting out as a muffler shop we have expanded to a full service car repair shop that performs services from car ac repair to exhaust repair to tire changes at our tire shop. Bob, Zack, and their entire team provide the best service I've ever gotten on a car. Their prices are always fair, they never try to sell me anything I don't need, and they're a pleasure to work with. Bob is extremely affable and has a great sense of humor. 

I recently had starter trouble and called Bob, who reminded me that I had 4 months of free towing with my oil change. The car was towed to Meineke right away and the starter was replaced in a timely manner even though I didn't have an appointment and their parking lot was full of other cars to be worked on.

As long as I live in Missoula I will never take my car anywhere else! It always feels like I'm talking to family there and that I can trust them.

The owner of the place, Bob, is very friendly,  helpful treats me like family. Mechanics seem to be upfront as well. I have used them a few times--had both, maintenance and repairs done, and so far it has been good experience . If anything changes, I'll update the review.

In Aug of 2015 i took my car to Meineke in Missoula, MT for an oil change/check up before i took a trip to Kalispell (120mi away). During the the oil change an employee made a mistake.  After topping off my engine coolant  they accidentally forgot to put the engine coolant cap back on.  I didn't leave Missoula until the evening.  When i was heading up the hill entering St Ignatius (40 mi away) by dashboard lit up with overheating warnings.  I pulled over on Highway 93 and opened my hood. Underneath there was engine coolant everywhere and the cap was still sitting on the battery box.  This happened around 7:30pm. I was upset thinking i would have to get my car towed back to Missoula.  I was able to get in touch with an employee named Justin, who was just getting off work.  He gave me the owner's(Bob) cell phone number.  Bob picked up within the first couple rings.  I told him who i was and what happened.  Bob asked for my exact location and for me to take a picture of the engine.  Bob told me to hang tight and he was on his way.  Bob showed up 40 miles outside of Missoula about as fast as one could get there.  Bob had engine coolant ready and was very sincere.  He replaced my engine coolant and made sure my car would start.  Bob didnt stop here though, he followed me another 20 miles to Ronan Mt, just to make sure everything was working right.  When we stopped in Ronan, Bob told me he was going to give me 3 free oil changes and cover any costs if my engine broke down before 80,000 miles.  For the owner to care this much about one customers business blew me away.  Not only did i return to Meineke, it is now the only mechanic in town i will use.  I have told this story to dozens of people, all of them very impressed Bob responded the way he did.  Bob put practices in place to insure no other customers would be put in the position i was in.  Meineke earned my trust that day, and they haven't let me down yet.

Meineke car Care Center in Missoula MT is the place to go to take care of any of your car Care needs weather it's just routine maintenance or most repairs. I personally wouldn't take my car anywhere else, at Meineke Bob and the whole crew are fair and honest with all of their customers and strive for excellence by getting the job done right. I know this first hand as a former employee of Meineke. I cannot say this about any other repair shop, as most of the time when I would go anywhere else I feel like because I'm a woman some of these shops would "see me comin" and try to get as much money out of me as they possibly can and when I would decline the service offered or ask questions they would get frustrated. Not the case at all with Meineke everyone is treated with the utmost respect as they realize that getting work done on your vehicle may not be something that you planned to do and they try their best to make the experience as painless as possible. 5 stars Meineke if Google would have let me give you 10 then I would have. Keep up the good work guys and gals! 😀

I had work done on my Toyota Highlander at Meineke in November 2016. Just recently my car started experiencing the same problems it had back in November. I went to Meineke and let a staff member know and Bob, the owner, called me as soon as he found out. He immediately made things right! I was impressed by how honest he was with me and how pleasant and stress-free our conversation was. I will definitely be going back!
