First off I just want to say, thank you Roemers!!!  These folks have helped me with several vehicles over the years and have always done a wonderful job.  Jennie, E.J., & Joe always take great care of me and are my first choice.  The owner and his wife have driven me on the shuttle and are also so wonderful.  Keep being Awesome!

I have had an alignment done here. My vehicle handles much better afterwards. No pulling to the side. I noticed afterwards that the wheel was not quite centered, so I booked another appointment. Roemer's completed the follow-up alignment free of charge. Great customer service. Free shuttle.

Friendly and helpful with dealing with my cars and Honesty in telling me what my car needs and doesn't need. I took my car to a dealership and the dealership to;d me I needed about $1000.00 dollars worth of work. I took it to Roemer's and it didn't need the work done.

I called Roemer's on short notice to see if they could get my truck in and out of the shop within a day or two. They told me to bring it down the next day and they would be happy to work on it. I had to call them at the end of the day to get an update and they said they got slammed with issues and wasn't able to get to it but the guy assured me it would be done end of the day the next day. I waited all day without any update, called them to get some info, was told I would receive a call back and never got it. Had to call them AGAIN and the guy gave me the same excuse "oh man, we were just so slammed this afternoon". They wanted to keep my vehicle parked in downtown Missoula for 3 days before they "might be able to get it fixed by the end of day 3". 

TL:DR
Don't bring your vehicle in for mechanical work if you want your vehicle back within a week of dropping it off. All I got was excuses that they were "slammed" and weren't able to get to it.

EJ and Jenny run a tight ship.  They are intelligent and detail oriented people.  I am the kind of neurotic person who researches everything and notices everything.  They have made every trip to Roemer's top notch, even when they are busy beyond their parking capacity.  Prices are slightly higher then online, but they will usually make and effort to come down somewhat.  Also, it is a family owned franchise.
