A few days after Christmas,  I had a van shipped in from Seattle that would not start.  Firestone was slammed with cars due to the sub zero weather and staffing was down due to the holidays.  I was leaving town in 72 hours and needed the van before heading south.  Richard, the Service Advisor, was understanding,   professional, and courteous.  Bottom line,  Richard and his team got my van running by the deadline,  the cost was less than anticipated, and the evaluation was honest.  I could not have asked for more.  This was my first experience with this Firestone store however, it will not be the last.  Honesty, integrity, & customer service are a big deal in my book.  These guys knocked it out of the park.

Well after 10 years with the company I was Fired over a my neice and nephews go cart. I wrote the ticket under my name and paid my tech an hour and even paid for parts, but the company viewed that as stealing since technically it was not mine. Wow. Way to go Stone!!!  Just look at all of my family purchases that were 100% accurately priced.  Just goes to show how shady this company has become.  Be careful of the bill of goods they are trying to sell ya!

The only place I take my car.  Quick friendly service, and very honest.  They never try and sale things that don't need done or take advantage of the fact your a female.  I absolutely love the staff.  Kevin and Jason have both helped me and are wonderful to work with

My car is leaking oil after an oil change that had been done here. I returned to the store hours before closing was turned away, saying they were too busy. The employee was too busy to even talk to me. This is the second time my car has leaked oil after an oil change and required me to come back in. Normally the service is friendly, but with substandard work and poor customer service, I'm not planning on coming back here again.
