These guys are great at switching my tires every year. I'm not one to choose big national brands like Firestone for my car needs, but they do it faster than local shops. They'll inspect your car and try to sell you stuff pretty regularly but they won't press you on it unless it's super necessary or life threatening. They always switch my tires really quickly and bag my old tires. Their waiting room has refreshments and WiFi too so don't worry too much about waiting around.

I called Firestone in advance and asked if they could perform an oil change on my Audi. I arrived and asked if I could pay in advance and leave my car for service come back when the car was ready and was told no. When I left anyway assuring them I’d be back before close to pay for the service an associate chased me out the door to say they could not service an Audi or perform the oil change. It was a confusing and disappointing experience!

First, the customer service at this Firestone is second to none. Rarely do you find such friendly customer service. They have a complete understanding of everything cars and are excited to go the extra mile for you. They are honest about all the work they do and about any work they recommend. If you're unsure about something they'll take you out to your car to meet the mechanic and they'll show you on your car exactly what they're talking about to make sure you completely understand what's going on, and needs to be done, to your car. We all have been to a mechanic we're pretty sure was taking advantage of us, but not here. I love that I can take my car to a place with people I trust. Second, their workmanship is top notch. If, for some reason, any work they do has any issues at all, or even if you just might think there could be an issue, they'll get your car back in right away to look everything over and correct anything that needs done. They have the best warranties I've ever seen, the best tires (cause they're the manufactures of the tires), and if they're not the lowest price they will match, and beat any better price you can find.

I use to believe big auto body shops were a bad choice for anything besides warranty repairs. Until I found firestone of Hadley, MA. In fact, I've now brought my vehicle in three times to have issues diagnosed and repaired ATTER I had spent hundreds of dollars at smaller "better quality" shops (simplest example, they found the oil cap wasn't even replaces after another shop did a change, and my car wasn't even in for an oil problem). The staff is always up front, quick and always helpful. They're straight to the point and don't push you to get all new parts when they're confident they can repair and do just as good, if not better, of a job for less costs. They've now saved me more time, money and kept me from becoming more aggravated with other mechanics that seem to be incompetent. I will definitely be using them for all my vehicle needs and I highly recommend them to any and everyone! Special shout out to Jason. Who not only spent the morning oin the phone with my husband, but was then knowledgeable of what was going on and knew what needed doing when I made it there, but also had it written down and the other staff was able to pick right up when I came back. Again, I really can't say enough good about this place.
