Highly recommend Firestone on Trolley Road! They are super efficient and knowledgeable. Very thorough and courteous. I've been using them for 4 years now and am always satisfied with the service. And they don't overcharge or try to sell something you don't need.

I went here with my rental car becaise enterprise has a corporate contract with Firestone. All they needed were my keys (had a QR code on them) and what was wrong. Got my windshield wipers replaced, in and out within 20 minutes, no questions, handed me the receipts to give back to enterprise when I return the vehicle. Easiest. Process. Ever. Oh! And the guys there have a great sense of humor and handle endless incoming calls and tons of customers very well.

I will not ever come back to this firestone my truck has been here for 6 hour to get 4 tires mounted and balanced this should only take about an hour to do

We brought our truck in for a switch replacement and courtesy check. When we picked it up it was bucking and firing. They forgot to put oil in the truck and seized the engine. THEY WILL NOT TAKE REPONSIBLITY AND WILL NOT FIX. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. YOUNG UNCERTIFIED MECHANICS. MANAGER LEE FORGOT COURTESY CHECK, TWICE THAT DAY.

My oil change was quick and the workers are nice. But I was frustrated when I went twice to get new tires and there was an excuse both times of why they couldn't service me. One of the times, I had an appointment scheduled but whoever I talked to never put the appointment in the system...oh well. I went somewhere else
