I stopped by to get air put in my tire.  Awesome young man gave great customer service at no charge!  Highly recommended.

My teenage son has a 1992 Jeep, and he had to replace a serpentine belt. He didn't have the tool to tighten, so he took it to Precision to get it tightened. It was making a squealing noise. He told them specifically what needed to be done.  As the mother of the son, I was told that the squeal was due to a bad bearing on the alternator. I went ahead and told them to replace the alternator for $288. They said the squealing noise was fixed. On the 3 minute drive home, the car started squealing again. We returned in the morning and told them that it was not fixed. They then told us that it needed a new water pump. $300 later, we had a new water pump and alternator. They assured us that it was working. We didn't leave the parking lot because it was still squealing. My husband went in on the 3rd day, and they replaced the belt and tightened it. Guess what? The squeal is gone. I don't even know if we needed the alternator and water pump. They tried to charge us another $158 for the belt tightening today, but my son said NO. I feel like if you're a woman or a teenager, they're going to take advantage of you. Stay away.

Prices are extremely high to check services only to say they would include it in the fix only to charge more outrageous prices for service. I paid 65 dollars and only got my light bulb changed.  A blinker.

Our air conditioner went out on our truck while on vacation,  we called Precision Auto around 1:00 on Saturday.  Joe came out and ran a quick test and told us our compressor and condensor were both shot.   He started calling around and found all the parts needed to get it fixed.  Joe and Thomas both stayed late (after 6) to get us fixed and back on the road with ice cold air.  Thank you Jor and Thomas for being honest and hard working.   We appreciate you both so much!

Been bringing both my vehicles here for oil changes fully synthetic. They have the best price and the two managers have always been very helpful. Brought my vehicle in today thinking I had one problem and they told me the real problem, and was honest with me when they could've charged me my first born. Great folks and they aren't dickhosing me or my wallet which is such a relief!!!
