I absolutely love Pit Stop Auto and Tire in Mt. Pleasant!  I live in Goose Creek and will sit in traffic and make the commute to service my vehicles there.  The staff is as trustworthy and knowledgeable as any I have worked with.  Their service has always solved my issue.  They are accurate with their wait times.  And often times provide generous discounts.  (And they have free popcorn!)

Pit Stop Auto has always gone above and beyond to make our experience their positive. All I needed was an oil change and they came out to let me know all they had done and what they recommend I do in the near future. They are also always willing to work with you. Great service

Dropped in without an appointment on a sat morning as I was in need of an oil change and was told it would be about 45 minutes before they could get to my car. Decided to wait and was out the door in an hour so very pleased with speed of service. Only two issues I had was:
1) Got full synthetic oil which is suppose to last 7500 miles but sticker had 5000 on it. I brought this to their attention and they gladly changed it
2) Could not find anything on their website nor in the shop that details what is done during their 21pt (?) service. Was hoping vacuuming the front floor board was included but unfortunately it was not. 
All in all would certainly use these folks again!

We've been going to Pit Stop for all car needs for several years.  We don't go anywhere else.  They are honest, and never try to sell us things we don't need, or problems we don't have.  They are always professional and customer-focused.
