I take my vehicles here to get service but disappointed in the service I get I make the appointment a day advance for a Time and they can't meet the time to get my vehicle in the service Bay! For example my appointments at 10 and I get there at 9:50 I expect my vehicle in there at 10 but that's not the case it's usually 10:15 to 10:30, I get there 10 minutes early don't make me wait an extra 25 to 40 minutes before you take my vehicle! I do have other things I need to do during the day! The way I look at it if you can't get in the bay at the time that I suck the day before hand you should not 50% off bill then I guarantee you you would work on getting my vehicle in now as quickly as possible!!

I was visiting my sister during Thanksgiving and a break shoe hold down clip had broke and was making a horrific sound when the breaks were applied so being that I was from out of town and not familiar with area I decided to go to this Firestone to see what was causing the noise.  Mind you the breaks were working fine and the only issue I was having was the LOUD noise I was hearing each time the breaks were applied.  When they got to my car and removed the broken break shoe hold down clip I was told that I would need a new drum at around $360.  A $20 part was broken and somehow I need a whole new drum.  I asked them could they just replace the break shoe hold down clip but they insisted that I needed a new drum.  I told them to put the car back together and the next day I drove back to where I live and took my car to my mechanic and showed him the broken break shoe hold down clip and the quote from Firestone and he replaced the $20 part and told me that my drums were in good working condition and I didn't need a new drum.  I am disappointed at Firestone for what happen at this location and I will NEVER step foot in any Firestone location.

After less than 25,000 miles they said the brakes and rotors need to be replaced again. This is ridiculous. My sister had break pads replaced at another location that was not Firestone. She has driven more miles and her breaks are fine. After paying over $400 before, they want to charge another $300. Had to talk to the regional mgr who agreed to only charge labor $100. I shouldn't have to pay anything.  This vehicle hasn't even been driven for weeks at a time due to a stroke and heart surgery. Average miles breaks should last is 40,000. On top of that, ran into another customer at the store next door that says the corporate office is looking at her car today because after supposedly changing her oil the oil light went off and her car shut off when she had no previous issue with her car. If you want things done right the first time, go somewhere else.

I get all my basic car repair done here.  They are the cheapest place to get an oil change.  Tell them Dave Jolly sent you.
