The staff is professional from the owner to the employees. They care about their customers and make them feel right at home. The prices are great and they do not nickel and dime you for every service.  If you need tires, vehicle maintenance, or automotive repair you need to take your business to Sarks Automotive.

"0 Star " Forgot to screw the breaks back on - damaged the wheel and put my safety in danger -  and still did not solved the issue (Aug.-Nov.)....Long story of problems with this garage - Had a Appointment scheduled to get the break fluid, rear brake pads and rotors changed. Dropped the car on a Saturday morning and picked it up Saturday at noon time (August 2017). The team told me while I picked the car up that a sensor was not shipped which needs to be changed as well. We made another appointment for the following week in the morning to get the sensors changed (free of charge as it was a supplier mistake). So, I picked up the car and realized that the mechanics where not using a cover for the beige leather seats which is not nice but not a big problem, I cleaned the car at home my self in a couple of minutes but I already wondered about the service in this garage. While I was driving home I realized that the board computer was still saying break fluid needs to be changed and breaks so the  Service interval on my BMW X3 2011 was not reset. When I came back to get the sensors changed I told them they need to reset the Service notification/Interval in the board computer. It took them two people to get is reset - while both where sitting in my car without a cover over the seats and I was standing beside and watched them trying to fix the problem.  I payed the bill and drove to work and later home. They deleted the Service notification but I realized the next days that the Interval still says breaks and fluid overdue. But even worse, the next morning I start the car to get to work and the car is making horrible noises and does not drive - no warning lamp was on so I checked the outside and saw the break caliber from the rear break fall off the rotor in the wheel and made two big grooves into the wheel.  If that happens on a highway people could die - I was really pissed since the breaks are a security part on the car and should be handled with care ! I ended up driving in first gear without breaking the 2 miles to the garage the third time now. Telling them the issue and they started fixing the caliber and double checking the others. Problem with the breaks finally solved but now I have a damaged wheel that might be a security risk as well. Sparks told me that this should not cause a problem and they could fix the wheel or replace it and I agreed to that - I was hoping to get a free oil change or something else for the problem they caused until this point but there was nothing offered. Well, I am glad I am a live and I am glad they have not damaged more was my way of thinking. I was travelling more less the next month and called them back beg. of Oct. to check on how to replace/repair the wheel and get the Service Intervall reset. The answer was I have to pass the car for another day which I declined after all the issues I had and being off from work as well I asked them to find a solution that does not require my car being there for a day without me having a car to drive. They said they check it and come back to me. It is now End of Nov.2017 and I have never heard back from them my service interval is not fixed as well as the wheel - but I paid the bill ! Customer service to me means that I follow up on such a horrible job and try to make the best out of it but here we are it is close to Christmas and I guess if I am not calling myself nobody ever will solve this issue pro activly. I cannot recommend this garage at all not one of the tasks they have fulfilled in a acceptable way !! I have been there three times, I was following up on a solution, I still have a damaged car, the service is unfinished, the car was dirty. (I have pictures that documented everything)....sorry, I hoped not to have to write a review like that !

I had two five dollar coupons and they refused to honor them. All services meaning all services. That was weird. They were nice about it but refused to honor them.

Very reasonable to work on your car if you don't have time. I had put in a fuel pump with lifetime warranty and they honored the warranty (I still had to pay for labor which wasn't cheap, but fair). They seem to run a fair business and not rip off the customer.
