This North Hills Team provides friendly service, thorough inspections, and quality care. I purchased their tire package 3 months ago, and somehow managed to get a hole in one of my new tires. They replaced my tire today for free! I'm so thankful for honest and cheerful staff!

I did have a glowing review after my first visit until my truck over heated again the next day which was what I originally took in in for (unfortunately the heater also no longer worked when I picked it up and the tech said to get that working again I needed a new water pump) ...without getting into other  details all I’m asking is that the manager get the techs who worked on my truck together  and ask this simple question “did we miss something here”  does a clutch fan and a radiator and water pump all fail at exact same time keeping in mind that the radiator and water pump were installed less than 3 years ago.

Jacob Gamble is the reason I will no longer do business with North Hills Automotive. I have been doing business with North Hills Automotive for about 10 years. I asked for a diagnostic on my vehicle to determine cause of front vibration. Without asking they balanced my tires and wanted to charge me. This did not fix my vibration, I was not happy about the charge and then Jacob (with a temper) started to yell. I offered to pay and he said no and to get out of store. He then deleted all service records including my wife's vehicles.

Great experience at ever turn. They were prompt, provided a fair estimate, and weren't pushy with other upsells.  Not only did they finish sooner than they said originally, but they were able to pick me up from the office to get my car. I'll definitely use them again.
