I'm new to the area and tried them out. We all know getting auto work done is like going to the dentist... This Firestone removes that stigma. They were very friendly, gave discounts, I suggested a ton of work which would give them a lot of money, and they said I didn't need it. I'm very impressed with their service!

Called at 6pm asking if they would put some tires on. They close at 7pm. Clerk told me no because they are doing paper work. I'll remember that next time I need tires firestone. Looks like I'll be avoiding you!

This location has an incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly staff/team. Great service at very fair prices, and they will never try to upsell you.

I love this service facility!! I have taken my vehicle there for years. I have never once felt like I was being taken advantage of because I am a woman. Everything is explained in detail, suggestions are made, but there is never pressure to do the work. I always get second opinions from my mechanic friends and always return to Firestone to take care of accurately described repair needs. I love the management because they remember me and treat me like a person, not a "problem". I would wholeheartedly recommend them for your vehicle needs!
