I recently spoke with Sarah to have my car serviced. Before I begin I want to mention that I'm very good at servicing my own vehicles but I figured to save some time I could pay the shop to do the work. I had bought my own parts prior to visiting the shop. I purchased my own front and rear brake pads for my Audi. I was also going to do my own oil and I brought that and filter to the shop as well. They charge $110 or so an hour which is outrageous because at that rate I can go to Audi of Rochester and get way better service, I can also get a brand new loaner car for free and have my car serviced at a place where I'm guaranteed to know that it's done right at that price range. So my brake pad wear light is still on because they did not change my front pads. They changed the rear.... so my $200 pads are apparently missing and not installed in the front. At this point I cannot trust the shop to change my oil. I don't even think they change that on my car but they definitely charged me. I will be going there straighten things out I hope I don't have to call my lawyer.

Don't go there !!!!! They will mess up ur car and just let u drive away. They don't care about customers. They just want money for sloppy work.

Sarah is excellent, the staff are quick and professional. When they couldn't fix what we needed, they recommended someone who could - that's the mark of a good business, and I am happy to recommend this location to friends and neighbors.

Called to see if someone would swap tires on my honda fit and the guy hung up on me nonchalant as soon as i mentioned tires although the internet says they do tires
