I arrived 2 minutes before closing to find the doors locked, but the open signs on. I had a fast leak in my tire, and the front counter person fed me a BS line about the "air compressors and computers being turned off already". I ended up having to put my compact spare tire on in their parking lot, in the rain, while the shop guys looked on apathetically. A few of them walked within a few feet of me, and did everything they could to avoid eye contact. When I worked retail, we shut the store down AT CLOSING TIME, not a second before, and we didn't start shutting down until AFTER closing time. Also, total BS on the "compressors being shut off"... I have ears, and I know what compressors sound like. Compare this to a time when a Les Schwab stayed open an extra half hour for me, and didn't even end up charging for a flat repair, and you can see which companies value their customers! Les Schwab, you have a life long convert. Firestone? Never again.

Came in on a Sunday without an appointment to replace a tire. Front desk attendant explained what I needed and gave options of a range of prices for tires. He was quick, to the point, friendly. He was the same way to the customer after me who was here for an oil change.

Appointment only. When scheduling an appointment online, I received an email with the subject "appointment confirmation" but the body of the email made it clear they were attempting to schedule an appointment. Which led to an annoying detour. The day after the appointment was requested, I got an email confirmation for the appointment, which I was now 26 hours late for.

I took my truck there last February for a power steering replacement, they replaced it with a trashy pump and were supposed to warranty it for a year or 12000 mils. My truck steering does not work well ( noisy) and they don't want to replace it.
