I spent approx. 850$ here for some major repairs (that were done correctly and quickly). Master cylinders, ESG sensor, spark plugs and wires, and a brake light repair. The manager (Jonathan) was very responsive and helpful. However, at the end of the day, I feel like they cut corners - they didn't connect my air intake (see photo), they didn't refill my coolant after a leak and hose repair, they didn't refill my empty windshield wiper fluid, and a support bracket for the upper radiator hose was left uninstalled, which could have damaged the radiator hose. 

They got my truck working, for 350$ less than the competition - but they could have spent five minutes double checking their work and made me a lifetime customer.

I went in to get an inspection done on my car. Not only were they trying to sell me a bunch of stuff that I didn't need but something very suspicious happened. My battery light was not on when I brought the car in, so I thought it was quite strange when they told me my battery needed to be changed out. I told them no since I know how to do that myself (much cheaper that way). Once they said my car was ready, I went out to turn my car on and the battery was just all of a sudden completely dead😡. I went back in to find the guy who had worked on my car and he was nowhere to be found. I got another mechanic who said that he was confused as to why this happened and he ended up having to jump my car.

The employees broke the dipstick to my engine, and then tried to tell me it was already broken.  Poor service, and even worse customer service from the manager on duty.

I was going on a road trip so I wanted to get my oil changed before I left. While at the counter working out the details, I told them that my car uses only synthetic oil. When they finished my oil change, I checked on my order and realized that they had not used synthetic at all. I told them again that my car only uses synthetic and they responded that "no, it can take regular oil" I asked if they were sure, and only then did they look it up on the computer, only to realize that in fact, my car only uses synthetic oil. 

So they brought my car back in and corrected the mistake, but it was really inconvenient since I had already told them to use the special oil and it made me leave later than I had planned for my road trip.

Had my 95 bonneville die on me in parking lot next door. They were extremely kind and helpful in getting my vehicle pushed over and checked in. A little bit of a wait but i assume it was due to popularity. Great service. 5 stars
