I went in for a pretty gnarly ingrown toenail and was terrified from the nightmare stories I had read about on the internet. The entire staff was so friendly from the minute I walked in. They make you feel very comfortable and I didn't get the creepy, cold, hospital vibe at all. Dr. Gill was AWESOME. Very personable, knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining my options and helping me decide what would work best for my situation. We ended up removing my toenail (after numbing it of course) and he talked me through the entire thing so there were no surprises. The worst part of the entire process was the numbing shot, but after that it was smooth sailing. 

This is not my first time visiting this location (I've taken friends multiple times for illnesses, broken bones, etc.) and was always pleased with the customer/medical service they provided. Since this was the first time I was a patient myself I felt the need to post this review.

Amazingly fast and friendly service. I went in with a  9/10 on the pain scale and left with a 0. They gave me 100% attention, care, and satisfaction. They even gave me a follow up call and a lovely get well card. No one wants to go to an emergency room, but if and when you do, definitely choose this location.

I had an amazing experience when I went in at 4am last Monday. I had a temperature of 103.46 and felt really bad. The staff saw me quickly and diagnosed me with bacterial Pneumonia. Thank you for the fast courteous and helpful treatment I'm feeling much better than that night. The staff really is a class act. Thank you all and Merry Christmas

This was the most pleasant visit to ER. By the time I finished the paperwork in the lobby, my husband was already being evaluated. The entire staff was the receptionist, Dr Daniels and Nurse Crystal were so efficient and helpful. Hopefully we never have to go to ER again, but if we do we will be coming here.

So I went in on 11/4/2016 (that was a Friday night) I did not have a long line or anything! I got in filled out the small information sheet and was being seen within 5 minutes. Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.  I usually hate going to the hospital or doctors but I felt comfortable here. If I ever have an emergency again this will be my one and only stop!
