I really like this location. I've gone both times that I needed to go to the ER. They saw me as quickly as they could. They made sure to acknowledge every need and made sure to try and make me comfortable as possible. They were all super sweet. They called me a few days later and made sure I was doing okay and asked if I needed anything else. I've never had any other ER or hospital call me after and ask how I was doing. They're really great. Of course it's a stand alone ER so they'll have to send some people to major hospitals for major things, but for things like infections, dog bites, cuts, etc, they're great and super sweet!

I went in late last night after battling a 4 day headache like I have never had in my life. All of the staff I encountered were amazing and so attentive. Ruben, the paramedic that was taking care of me most of the time I was there was professional and friendly. He also was great at helping to calm me during my spinal tap. Dr. Rabideau had great bed side manner and never made me feel like an inconvenience. The nurse, radiologist technician, and even the admissions personnel were all friendly and caring (I can’t remember all their names). I was nervous going in but felt comfortable walking out with the care and after care instructions I was given. I would highly recommend this facility to not only anyone but my own family and friends.

Drove to the location, could not find the building. I am not sure if it is no longer there but very frustrating especially when you have an emergency and have to end up driving to Round Rock. Address needs to be updated or building needs to be clearly marked.

I was seen last weekend here by Dr. Ackrell and his staff. They provided excellent care and service while I was feeling at my absolute worst. The doctor and staff have excellent bedside manner and were attentive to my needs and the needs of my family during my visit. I highly recommend this free-standing emergency room, they were very kind and helpful. Thank you!

I had a great experience here. Dr Boone is a great doctor when I take my daughter here im always hoping I get him as the doctor he knows what his doing.
The whole staff was excelant overall :)
