I bought a 2018 Ram 3500 from Jim Brown Chrysler in March of 2018.
My salesmen Paul B. was great and handled most of the deal over the phone. Any issue I had Paul was able to resolve in quick fashion. Paul made sure I understood all the features the truck had to offer and how to operate them. My only disappointment was in the vehicles delivery condition. The windows were filthy and there was a caulk glob on the rear floor. I was told they detail each vehicle prior to delivery; however, mine could have been cleaner. I will say when I brought the truck back in to have tires switched out, my salesmen Paul B. personally took care of these two issues.
Over all I would buy from Paul and Jim Brown Chrysler again.

I'm happy to say the service@ Jim Browne in Tampa was excellent. The staff is Honest and Friendly. James was my service writer and he is a genuine as they come. My truck was scheduled for recalled Air Bag replacement. James also addressed a suspension/steering recall, they provided me with a loaner vehicle while working on the truck. The technician also brought to my attention of an additional issue with the truck.  I would recommend James Browne Chrysler/Dodge to anyone who wants Honest, Friendly Service. Jason Speed is the one to deal with here!! He was fantastic! Spent hours with me to show me how to take on and off the soft top, on and off the doors, program my phone with the Bluetooth, and go over every detail of the Jeep I wanted. Then after the sale was done he still pointed out a spot of paint that had a blemish and said he would make sure they fixed it. Not only that but then offered on his time off to drive over an hour away to my house to pick it up to get the paint spot fixed and then deliver it back!! Highly recommend him! I bought plenty of cars in my day and he is by far the best salesperson. Thank you Jason! I absolutely LOVE my Jeep and appreciate your patience and generosity!

I arrived on the lot and was greeted by Brian and I mentioned that I was looking at the Cherokees for my daughter.  He showed me a Sport and Latitude and explained the safety and convenience of each one.   We test drove the Latitude which I liked how it handled, quiet and the gas mileage.  Got back and went inside to get a brochure and was greeted by Jorge and explained that it was for my daughter and gathering information at the time.   When my daughter comes into town in June we will be back to talk with Brian about the purchase.  Thank you for not being a pushy salesmen.

I leased a brand new Jeep Wrangler JK Unlimited from this dealership with the help of Jason Speed. He was excellent in every way, getting me an unbelievable deal as well as going out of his way to help me. He did not mind doing everything over text and phone either. I arranged everything in advance and went to the dealership for a little more than a hour and drove off with my new Jeep! I would highly recommend Jason Speed as well as this dealership for getting a good deal on a Jeep!
