I lost my Nissan LEAF key fob and they're the only dealership to have it in stock around the area. I would've went to get the key program and cut here but they were outside of the towing coverage. The parts guys are very helpful when I called in and to pick it up. I stop to charge my Leaf here sometime and appreciate the cones being put out to leave the spot open. Hope to see DC fast charging station here in the future.  As a veteran thank you for the Hero parking spot, it's the little things that count.

TL;DR - Ridiculously overpriced ($800 for a spark plug change), manipulative service, and riddled with hidden fees.

Went to their service department because my engine was violently misfiring, they first told me that the inspection fee was $110.00 and that it would be waved if I decide to fix the issues it finds, I agreed and decided to go ahead with it. I later got a call from them saying that the spark plugs were bad and that I had an oil leak. They quoted me at $800 just to change my spark plugs... I told them I'd fix that myself for $25 (spark plugs cost $6 a piece at AutoZone and only take 30 minutes to replace) and then asked how much the oil leak would cost me. They quoted that at $260, which I agreed to thinking the $110 fee would be waved. When I got my bill I was shocked to see I was being charged $510. When I brought this up with the cashier, they informed me that this was because the inspection was not waved due to it not being the problem we brought the car in for. While this might be their policy, I was never informed of this when they were giving me my estimates. I brought it up with several managers, which all refused to refund me the inspection fee. I will never be coming here again.

Falsely advertised vehicle... Several weeks ago, I saw a nice used 2016 Nissan 370Z on their website. When I called about it, the salesperson said "it was already sold and it takes a couple of days for the website to update". That was over a month ago and it's still listed on their site. The sales person followed up with me this past week so I commented about it and she said "oh, it must be another vehicle that just came in." I let her know it was same car, same year, with exact same miles, etc.  I thought today to check the advertised VIN they posted on their site and that's a fake number in itself. Doesn't come up anywhere. This false advertising to get people to call so they can do their bait and switch thing is just wrong and not the kind of dealership I want to work with.

They are wonderful. Especially Xavier. He gave us an estimate and that was what we paid. They cleaned and detailed the car and it runs like a dream. Could not ask for nicer people, better service and honest service rep.

The service it’s great but it’s too expensive. And my car was really dirty inside whit oil and finger marks in my car roof, and the mileage in my car it’s different that the report said, I call the people from the service department and leave massage and never return my calls. Bad experience this time.
