I bought a 2018 civic from here. They are prompt, positive and very nice to work with. Charlie Wolff, my sales associate worked with me to help me figure out which car was the perfect fit. He then worked hard to get me into my car the same day. The whole process went smoothly and pleasantly from start to finish.  I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a car, new or used.

My husband and I have both purchased our vehicles from Honda, and we always get it serviced here (since 2013). We have never gone to another place for service no matter how cheap it is. We were loyal to Tampa Honda. 

But today was a huge disappointment. We decided to sell my husbands car so we came here for an appraisal. We wanted to get a good price, so right before coming here we went to Car Max for an appraisal. 

Car Max had incredible customer service! They talked with us about our vehicle, sat us down and took their time with us. Ran the plate, got a Car fax, and got multiple people to do an appraisal. They went through the full explanation detailing why we got the appraisal we got, and we felt very informed. 

Afterwards we came to Tampa Honda. We were expecting the same or better customer service considering we’re always here and we have high expectations of Tampa Honda. But it was the complete opposite. 

We had to flag someone down to help us after 15 minutes of waiting. As soon as the Used Car Manager came he didn’t even look us in the eye or ask us for our names. His first interaction with us was him signaling with his hands that he needed our keys (didn’t ask vocally, I thought that was strange), and he ran off (literally). After being away for about 15 minutes, he gave us the appraisal papers and left. Didn’t explain why we got that amount, still hadn’t asked us for our names. If anything he looked very inconvenienced. 

To be honest, it felt like we were a burden to Tampa Honda. Maybe if it was a trade-in they would’ve treated us with a high level of customer service. 

Because of this, we have now decided to start taking our car to be serviced at Kuhn Honda.

Prompt, reliable service always with a feeling that I am with a family of folks that care about me and my driving experiences.  Prices are fair, discounts help.  Wait area is astounding!  It's almost too comfortable, makes me want to stay longer.  No pressure sales, just courteous service.  the service department at Tampa Honda makes me proud to own two of them!  Special shout-out to Mary, she's tops.

We came in a bit nervous (although we didn't show it) due to our credit history. We were immediately greeted by one of the managers, who placed us with Sam. He did such a great job putting us in the vehicle we wanted (2018 Honda Accord sport) along with the budget we had set. Also his customer service was on point! Jose at finance was amazing. He made the experience at swiftly as possible and had us out of there in no time. We will definitely be coming back for all future purchases.

After reading countless reviews I decided to contact Solomon Jackson and I am so thankful I did! I traveled over an hour and a half to Tampa it and it was worth the drive. Solomon provided me one on one attention and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. I had an amount in mind that I wanted to pay for the 2018 Honda Accord Sport and he worked tirelessly to ensure I was satisfied! So thank you Solomon for all of your assistance, knowledge and patience with me!! I love my new car 🖤
