Just opened personal and business accounts last week. Slowwww process and had to correct numerous errors during applications. I just got my debit cards in the mail Saturday and apparently the lady (Anne) who opened my accounts closed my debit card and I couldn't activate it; no one could tell me why when I called. I also got a call from their CC company last week asking for missing information from my CC application. I was there when it was all typed in so I don't know what they were missing. Needless to say that many problems in less than two weeks and I haven't even started conducting business yet?!!! I'm going to close all accounts today and find another bank.

I have been banking there for years, however, in the last 4 years or so the place has changed dramatically to the worst, and my blame goes to top management in this place. If you are coming in to withdraw or deposit a check, then there is no problems, however when it comes to CDs, IRAs, mortgages, and any other reason, you will be disappointed. Most of the people work there are incompetent and can not answer a simple question, it is better to go to another branch office.

Got charge a $5 fee just to cash my paycheck, took a loooong time, refuse to cash it and wouldn't even tell me why.
