I'm so glad that I don't have to deal with neighborhood place anymore! These ghetto workers try to blame their mistakes on you! They lied and told me that I would get a business matter cut on after they cut me off due to a mistake they did on their end! Then sent me a letter in the mail saying their discontinuing my services completely! Told me to send in paper work! I sent in the paper work as they asked me too! These ridiculous people told me I'm not getting their help anymore even though I did everything they asked me to do and they still cut me off for good! This is a ridiculous company to go to for any government assistance! They was very rude to a refugee immigrant and asked her who she was in a very rude tone of Voice and got a very rude attitude with her and she started crying! They embarrassed her on purpose to hurt her feelings just because she was a refugee immigrant from Ethiopia trying to get government assistance! Neighborhood place ain't nothing but a big joke from the government!

Workers in neighborhood place are just wasting there time and make us wait 4 or more hours This is to much 👎

Do not come to this place save yourself and find a different place than here everybody here does not do their job and they lose your paperwork we've waited 3 weeks for a cash assistance and still have not received anything this is the last week of Christmas and we have to take our inch gas to go back to this place to fix the problem they made a mistake on needless to say that we already put in the paperwork on December 2nd it is now December 20th and we haven't received anything because of these people who lost our paperwork saying that we're not in the system but we are in the system again save yourself this place needs to burn down and reevaluate with new people
