I work at a non-profit that takes care of refugees. I was representing my client, who doesn't speak English very well. It wasn't an emergency, but less than 15 minutes after my call, two officers showed up and we were able to file a report. The two officers were so nice and efficient. I only have the name of one, Nick Pedigo, but the two officers were extremely helpful and nice. Very happy with their service.

I called three numbers and it said "No Routed Found". I've been hesitant to call 911 but this disregard for an alternative number leaves me no choice. I am 34yo but have early 20s drunk sitting in public parking lots drunk and screaming at the top of their lungs ready to drive and murder someone. On top of that, I have to wear headphones to sleep from bar these irresponsible hullihagans are flowing from. So I have to call 911 every time someone throws a bottle screaming drunk at my apartment? Ok I guess I will. Thanks Louisville Metro.

I called there the other day some woman named Lorrissa answered (I hope I spelled that right) she was so great more than helpful did not rush to get off the phone with me, made sure I was safe and more than willing to help out in every way. Thanks 4th district you guys rock!

Too many of my Neighbors have complained about the Police not responding to calls for help in Old Louisville. Whether its a break in, a theft, or a call for help due to random gunshots coming from parties scaring the surrounding residents. Warning the inhabitants of a known drug house " if we have to come back again from another call, we are going to search your house" ...Great idea, warn the criminals ! We are tired of being told " look where you live, if you dont like these issues, move " What happened to chasing off the criminals, not the residents ? The 4th District needs some direction and focus...
