Yesterday I emailed my agent, Dan Prosser, to make a windshield claim and he answered my email immediately with all information needed (deductible, process, etc).  He told me that once he filed the claim that Erie Insurance would be in contact with me "shortly".  Let me note that "shortly" was within 2 minutes.  The lady I spoke with that took my claim information through Erie was quick (less than 5 mins on phone) and told me that she would email me the documents I would need to have my windshield repaired.  I had those emails within probably 1 minute of ending the call.  I cannot remember the last time I experienced this type of exemplary customer service.  Outstanding response time and outstanding way to service a customer.  Thank you for understanding that my time is precious as well as yours and for having such a seamless process for insurance claims.  I would  highly recommend this agency to anyone that wants to experience what true customer service should be like.

Once again this agent has let our business down. A new demo vehicle and needed a simple Insurance Card. Paying them over $20,000.00 a year in premiums you would assume a responses quicker than 5 days. Finally gave up the day vehicle heading to SEMA show called a local State Farm agent who emailed us a card in one hour. This issue not the first time.  A review of the commercial policy revealed a over charge for a rental truck we had for two days of $7,000.00. We can go on and on.

We love the folks at Pioneer Insurance - they understand the insurance needs of rural homeowners like us. Our agent helped us choose the right home and auto coverage for ourselves, as well as rental insurance for a family member. We highly recommend them to anyone.
