This is a great central location in the park. Sure, it's tight and you're on top of your neighbor, but you're in a national park. Arguably the most beautiful park in the country. It's gonna be a little rough. If you want a sanitized experience with all the amenities there's a mouse in Orlando or Anaheim that will gladly take your money. But even that mouse can't touch the experience of Yellowstone.

This RV park located in the middle of the National Park, so easy to visit any part of the park. We couldn't have been more pleased with the campground, it's facilities, but most of all the helpful and friendly people who worked there. Thanks to all of you.

Understand people, especially you RV park connoisseurs, This is an old RV park. I first camped here with my parents in the 70s. So, yes, there isn't room to maneuver your titanic sized RV because that was not the norm when the RV park was designed. FYI, don't suggest changes, because the only change the NPS is interested in is removing the campground altogether. In fact, they successfully did that to another basic campground across the highway. Be glad there is a site with full hook-ups in the park. This is an awesome place to be located in the park, close to almost everything. It's also a place that was spared in the fires of 1988, so there is tons of old growth lodgepole pines surrounding the premises. No, you can't have a fire, so what? If that is what you want, go somewhere else. Yes it's tight, consider that and if that is a problem, camp outside the park and save a space for someone else. This is very popular as it is the ONLY full hook-up spot in the park. If you struggle parking you RV, don't come here, it's tough to maneuver, again, when it was designed in the 60s, RVs were not the same. Enjoy it while you can, the environmentalists have been trying to remove it for decades, I fear someday they will win, claiming an endangered mosquito lives in the area.
